App was fairly easy to install and to navigate. Have been fulfilling my first few orders and was not seeing updates and contacted Shopify customer support which sent me to DSer support. They were quick to respond Facebook messenger

I would recommend DSers especially for their live chat. I got lost and frustrated because I want to send me orders out fast and on time. I didn't know how to change suppliers so I reached out to the live chat. I got "Isla" on the chat and I felt at ease. She knew exactly my issue and how to solve it fast. In very little time I was back to doing business to get my customer's their orders immediately! Thank you Isla!
