the dsers app is sh*t, the usability is rubbish, u dont even show a profit / cost / revenue graph. so many bugs and stupid design flaws in the app.

Can you give us more details about what you like concerning the usability?
As for the profit / cost / revenue graph, we have a basic Report feature that we are working on improving, we welcome any suggestions you may have would be very useful.

Tube que emigrar de Oberlo a Dsers obligatoriamente porque no me daban opcion, pensaba que iba a ser mejor pero resulta que es muchisimo mas dificil de utilizar, nada intuitiva, la interfaz parece super vieja comparada con la de Oberlo. Si pudiera volver a Oberlo o si cambiaran el look y la manera de utilizar Dsers seria muy feliz. siento que tardo muchsimo mas tiempo en hacer lo que antes tardaba nada. Por otro lado el servicio de atencion al cliente es bueno, Helen me ha ayudado en lo que necesitaba de una muy buena forma.

DSers is indeed a bit different from Oberlo, and might a bit more complicated to handle at first, we are working hard to improve things and make easier to use.
We're working on several optimization and we'll take your suggestions into consideration.

app gets stuck when binding with the store. I can't connect. Used 2 different browsers. Can't import products. No good.

Hi team!We are sorry that you have issue after we updated the version. The upgrade was notified to all users more than a month ago. If you have any unexpected issue, please feel free to contact our support about the issue you are having. And I believe that you would understand that it's a necessary step to make the app a charged one to provide all users better service. Even though, you still can use this app for free as we provide free version which is enough when you start business and make it profitable. This app is a joke!

the 5 star reviews here are fake! Do not install this app and waste your time with it. You'll definitely regret it.

I was trying to check my options with suppliers so I stumbled upon DSers. I think the various steps to importing products is a bit hassle haha other platforms allow you to do this in a few clicks so like the number of steps with this one as opposed to the others kind of made me lose interest.

Also it kept on showing 404 error and I tried refreshing so many times, but still no luck. A bit disappointing, hopefully user experience can be improved!

It actually takes 2 clicks to import a product from your supplier to Shopify, so i'm not sure what steps you are referring to, our customer service team would be more than happy to help you set things up if you find it difficult.
We are aware that our platform is not perfect yet, but we are working hard to improve things and welcome every critics in that regard.

Totally pointless app. All the settings you make (country of delivery, delivery time, etc.) do not match the actual information at the end. Waste of time!
