I received support from Lydia and to be fair, I'm quite new to Shopify and very new to Dsers and I was being an idiot to be fair. Imported a product and looked for support as I couldn't see it on my store. Turns out I only had "Point of Sale" as the chosen sales channel instead of "Online Store". But Lydia was very polite, quick to respond and very helpful regardless.
