Excellent Customer Service, but Communication Options Could Improve

I’ve been using DSers for my dropshipping business, and I have to say their customer service is fantastic! The support team is very responsive and helpful, especially when it comes to resolving issues quickly. They walked me through every step of the process, from account setup to order management, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how knowledgeable and patient they were.

That being said, the only improvement I would suggest is offering more communication channels beyond Facebook Messenger. While Messenger is convenient for some, it can be limiting. It would be great to have options like live chat on their website, email, or even phone support for more urgent or complex issues.

Overall, DSers is an excellent tool, and the customer service team is top-notch. Expanding their communication channels would make the experience even better!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving support from Sandy on the DSers team, and I can’t recommend Sandy highly enough! Sandy was incredibly quick, efficient, and effective in resolving my issue. Right from the moment I reached out, Sandy was attentive and made an effort to fully understand my concerns. Sandy was also exceptionally patient, taking the time to explain how the DSers processing works in detail, which made everything much clearer for me.

Adele assisted me today. I received very fast and well-describing answers on my questions! People like this really save time and I do not feel lost using the platform. Appreciate it! Thank you a lot!

Best app under the sun!! Easy to use and most effortless fulfillment or customers order. I LOVE it!!! Also Chrissy is the Best in helping with any questions OR issues. Well the only issue i has was one i created myself.. lol

I had an issue with one of my orders on AliExpress, but one of their customer service representatives from DSers, Gloria, was extremely helpful. She took the time and made the effort to find me a better supplier for a product that was out of stock. As someone who is still new to using this app, I appreciated that she didn’t leave me behind and ensured I was well taken care of. Thank you, Gloria!

This is the first time I am using the live chat to get some help with my order.
I couldn't place my order because there was some issue with the shipping details.
