I'm brand new to the ecommerce space and I had difficulty getting an order to map over properly. Rin came to the rescue. Rin was helpful, patient and walked me through the entire process...even when I got lost! I would recommend the live chat simply based on my experience with Rin. I sure hope that Rin is able to assist me every time I need help. Keep up the great work!!!

Fantastic help from the Aurora on the Dsers chat when I had a problem with the Mapping for my store. It was fixed within 10mins and enabled me to get a product out to a customer. First issue I've had and very impressed with the help.
