I have been using the DSers app for a few months, so I am updating my review. The app is pretty user friendly once you get familiar with the features. I am very pleased with the 24/7 customer service help. The customer reps have all been knowledgeable and I have been able to get questions resolved quickly. I really like the auto features that can be applied for pricing and inventory, these are really helpful and much better than some other apps I have tried. DSers also updates shipping status all the way through to delivered for most shipments; which is helpful especially for platforms like TicTok. So, my review is so far so good! 5 stars!

The representative was very helpful in getting my order placed from my Shopify store to DSers. They gave specific directions and additional resources. They stayed with me through the whole process and was very patient and respectful.

I had issues with orders syncing to my AliExpress account for payment/fulfilment and reached out to customer service shat.

Vivian answered almost immediately and has patiently guided me through, as well as troubleshooting on her end - 64 minutes later and we're working again perfectly!!
