You need "write a review" link top and center of page with bold print. Nearly over looked it and didn't do review. Needs to be more visible. The Alex's customer service was really great. Answered all my questions. Very pleased.
What truly impressed me was Blanca's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. She took the time to explain things in a clear and concise manner, and even offered additional solutions that I hadn't thought of.
