Never once have I encountered a situation that remained unresolved. Today, I faced challenges with making orders, which proved troublesome on my end. they provided assistance to the best of their ability. Through a combination of screenshots and messaging, we successfully reached a resolution and resolved the issue. I consistently find satisfaction in the service provided, and their determination and assistance truly brightened my day.

I contacted DSers via their chat feature and within seconds was connected with Wendy. Poor Wendy, I bombarded her with question after question, many times the same question worded differently because I couldn't wrap my head around what I was seeing. But Wendy remained professional and showed great patience with me. She answered all of my questions and now I can move on to my next steps. Nothing but props for Wendy. She's a keeper DSers!
