Selena provided excelletn support when I got stuck with setting up Shopify's automatic shipping rate calculator. Unfortunately Shopify support actually gave me the wrong information, telling me that this is supposed to be configured by DSers, when in fact it was a setup within Shopify admin. Selena kindly walked me through the settings within Shopify, with screenshots. Thank you!!!!
