Working with Ralla to make sure my orders were fulfilled correctly was absolutely wonderful! I'm glad I did bc they needed to be fulfilled correctly in order for the customer to receive their order and Ralla was an amazing help and even helped me find a supplier for a product that was out of stock. Sandy was the individual that helped me today. She saved me a lot of time trying to figure out why my mapping another supplier wasn't working. She prompted with step by step screenshots that made it easy for me to follow those steps. At the end the task I had trouble with was solved thanks to Sandy!
