I was helped by Via when I came across a problem and she was quick to respond to my message, fixed the problem I was having within 5 minutes, and then sent me some training content to make sure I didn't run into the same problem next time. I would recommend this app to others thanks to Olivia! Because I was needing help for my store and Olivia my helper was super fast and responsive right away everything took less than 5 minutes. I thought I was gonna wait till tomorrow but it got fixed right away thanks to Olivia.
