Was having issues with my order, I had paid but the Shopify store was saying order unfulfilled, I contacted DSers and was fortunate to hook up with Sandy who within a few minutes looked into it and confirmed that my order had been paid and was waiting shipment. The way she communicated with me you could tell she loves her job. Wishing her all the best
