Exceptional Support Beyond Expectations

I recently had the pleasure of working with Wendy from DSers support, and I cannot praise her enough. Over the years, I've been part of countless support sessions, but Wendy's assistance stands head and shoulders above the rest.

From the moment we connected, Wendy was the epitome of professionalism and expertise. I was struggling to add variants from a second supplier to one of my Shopify products, and instead of just giving me instructions, Wendy went the extra mile—actually, several extra miles. She spent two full hours with me, ensuring that every aspect of my issue was resolved.

What really blew me away was her approach: not only did she guide me through the process, but she also created personalized videos showing exactly what I needed to do. And when the first option didn't pan out as planned, she quickly pivoted and provided another solution, again accompanied by a video tutorial. Her deep knowledge of the application, coupled with her quick thinking and resourcefulness, made a potentially stressful situation smooth and manageable.

Wendy was incredibly patient, articulate, and understanding throughout the entire process. She took the time to ensure I fully understood every step, never rushing me or glossing over details. Her dedication to setting me up for success was evident in everything she did.

Had an issue where I thought I had to individually enter the price of every item variant..Was totally about to lose it. But Sandy from the DS support team helped me. Turns out I was just dumb and missed the very obvious tool that changes the prices automatically based on some settings I had to enter lol. Great support and took about 1 minute for accomplish what I needed. Compared to a certain other Dropshipping support.. these guys are top tier.

The support I received from agent Selena was fantastic; they have one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She helped me at every step, was quick and friendly, and most importantly, she resolved all my questions without leaving me alone for even a moment.
