Update: Do not trust these people, today i talked to them again they are completely useless and liars.

I was told that I would be contacted by customer service, did not happen. After the upgrade everything got messed up, all the inventory gone, mappings gone, orders gone. It is completely bad and I am going thru all the mapping and orders one by one, for 1000 skus. I do not appreciate this and will probably switch if I find something else

I reached out for help this morning and Serein was wonderful. I am new and was having trouble finding the product in my online store. Turned out I missed a step. Serein was very quick to find the problem. My message was answered very quickly and screen shots were included to show me exactly what to do to fix my issue.
Then I was sent another screen shot so I could fix the problem on the Shopify end.
The instructions were clear and understandable.
Serein was a Great Help!!
