Wendy's excellent customer service absolutely made my day. I felt like she held my hand every step of the way. She did a great job trouble shooting the issue, answered all my questions, and included screen shots for clarity. The best part is she stayed with me until the issue was resolved and my customer’s order was fulfilled successfully.
