They have 24/7 customer service available on instant messenger, so I always get help in a minute or two of needing it. Very surprising how good the customer service, especially considering how most other companies are very difficult to get in contact with, they give very little info and are generally unhelpful.
These guys are helpful.

I would highly recommend DSers, my rep was amazing. His name was Isak and it was my first order and I wasn't sure how to proceed. He provided me with step-by-step screenshots so that I would understand exactly what I need to do when I get future orders.
