I love the DSers app; it makes dropshipping so much easier than locating products to sell, inventory management and the entire customer ordering process, including keeping them updated on the progress of their order.
In addition, their customer service is second to none. Just today, I had a query and Sandy was patient with my questions and went above and beyond to explain how to resolve my queries. A great app is nothing without an excellent customer support team! Thanks Sandy :)

I am just getting started and had a previous account with AliExpress and that was what I initially connected my DSers account to. So of course, when I went to fulfill my very first order, I couldn't find it on the supplier side. Adele from DSers stayed on messenger with me and provided support until the issue was resolved. When I had trouble locating things, she sent screen shots to help guide me where I needed to go. I believe she spent well over an hour helping me resolve the issue. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. I am a big fan of their customer support!
