Absolutely fantastic dropshipper support.
I had a slight worry, the customer services representative both reassured me with great communication that all was well.
And then gave me relevant advice on how to improve my store on top of that.
Best online communication I have had all day, so far, it is the afternoon now where I am, and i have been working since 7.30am!
I recently had a fantastic experience with the support team at DSERS. I was having some trouble navigating the order fulfillment process, but the agentNamed AURORA, who assisted me was incredibly patient and knowledgeable.
Not only did they help me successfully fulfill my pending orders, but they actually took the time to teach me the step-by-step process so I can handle it confidently on my own moving forward. Their guidance was clear, professional, and saved me a significant amount of time.
Great company to do business with!! They are an amazing company and I am so glad I use them for my business. They were available for help in the afternoon on Memorial Day (Monday) when everyone is out at bbq's. They helped me through something that was confusing and hard to figure out. They were there every step of the way. I just couldn't believe the level of customer service. I was so appreciative. And I recommend them to anyone starting a dropship / e-commerce business. Oh and their staff is so friendly too. And this isnt the first time I have needed customer service. Every time they respond extremely quickly and they give screenshots and are so helpful. I got support from DSiers person named Kimi, I was asking for help when prices in DSiers dropshiping online-store had changed, and also when providers sku products were out of stock and I got enough information to start working on it. I do really appreciate all the help I got.
Edited. I had to give a lower point because there was not a clear understanding about what to do when a provider SKU was out of stock. I tried to do it an instead of finding a way I deleted a product from 'My Product' list.
I end up deleting several products because not enough information was given to replace products out of stock. Many times, variants were in red and impossible to set them or to save.
Had an issue with a product that I thought had not been sent to the customer. It turned out that I had not completed my payment to the supplier. This was my first order, and I was a little confused on how it all had to be completed. Sandy at DSers's support was very patient as I had to ask some questions about procedures. She took the time to walk me through the whole process and gave me the complete instructions on how an order is processed. So now I know. I was also surprised that someone answered back to me almost immediately. Ok she deserves a 5 star...you go girl.
Excellent support experience. We had been struggling with a complicated DSers / AliExpress payment issue for two days, and the support agent patiently helped us identify the real cause: our order was connected to the wrong AliExpress account.
They guided us step by step, helped us correct the account setup, and explained what we needed to do before continuing with order payment.

I’ve been using this app for my store for a long time and it has been extremely reliable. Everything works smoothly and makes managing my orders much easier. The support team is amazing fast, helpful, and always ready to solve any issue. Highly recommended!
The app requires some study to fully understand all its functions and isn't always very clear about errors/glitches, but it makes up for it with its support, which is fast and helpful.
I am new to Dsers and am still learning the process. I had an issue with a product from another supplier and dsers helped me immediately to fill it on their platform. They replied right away and helped to fulfill the order. It was painless and appreciated.
