Ottimo servizio clienti. App nuova e ancora da perfezionare. Troppi automatismi per chi è abituato a gestire gli ordini anche manualmente a seconda della situazione/fornitore.
After exchanging emails with the stuff, all questions has been answered to my satisfaction, therfore I will continue to keep my mind open and take adventage of all the features app has to offer . ps.- the customer service is great and they contacted me very quick .

I returned to DSers after migrating from Oberlo. I was disappointed at first to hear that Oberlo was shutting down and had a bad impression from my initial use of DSers some time ago, however the app has significantly improved to the point it is now a great replacement - even more feature-filled than Oberlo. There are still some minor bugs with that app and the UI is not as nice/clean as alternatives, however support is good for resolving any issues (thank you Tiffany!).

I used the app for the first time to place one of my small value orders for testing. I loved the convenience. Experimenting, the order volume is increasing, and Oberlo's process is too slow for a large volume of orders. -
Giving 4 stars for now. Once complete all experiments and DSERs perform, will change my review.

Customer service is always spot on. I found my time with Neva to be super helpful. Docking a star because DS doesn't offer white labeling brand packaging which is disappointing.
