The attendant Vivian was great. She answered very quickly and tried to help. One of the problems was solved, the other I think is a Shopify problem, because everything appears correctly in DSers.

Excellent support team (shout out to Chris). I had an issue that could have been solved by purchasing the advanced subscription, but they found a workaround for my issue on the free version.
The free version is still excellent with great features too.
