@ 2:AM, I did not expect to talk to a real person, but I did. He was so patient and kind. he made sure I understood everything and even went into my account and sent screenshots to make sure I knew everything was ok. I can't thank the rep enough. I hope the rep gets acknowledged for going above and beyond to ensure this customer was taken care of. I wish more companies understood the importance of good customer service like this company clearly does.
