When I was having technical issues with my store, I turned to their customer service live chat feature. Not only did they quickly resolve a very frustrating issue, but the chat support was very helpful and professional. Chrissy helped me with my problem and gave me many solutions for it. Esfania is amazing. She answered all my questions with patience and so much clarity. It is really helpful to have an English speaking support. I can understand the replies better. She made many screenshots and communicated clearly, and waited for me to ask as many questions as I needed. I'm grateful that in the same session, I don't have a different person answer me when I have different questions. She is cheerful and a joy to work with. I wish she can sit next to me every time I need help LOL.
