Fiona was very helpful in solving a problem I was having. The issue was resolved in minutes and her communication was excellent. She even gave me information about the issues so I wouldn't have the same problem again.

The support I received was excellent and fast. I don't have time to wait around while money is slipping through my fingers. Dsers was able to handle 2 inquiries very fast. Vivian from support handled it all via Messenger. We sent screenshots back and forth until the issues were resolved. She is excellent!

I’ve only just started using DSers, but so far, so good! I’m really enjoying it because it saves me so much time when importing products. The syncing process is straightforward and easy to use. After placing my first order, I needed to sort out a couple of things, but their live chat support was extremely helpful. I’ll definitely continue using it!
