J'utilise DSers depuis plus de 2 ans et j'en suis très satisfaite. La plateforme est fiable, facile à utiliser et fait gagner beaucoup de temps pour la gestion des commandes. Leur service client via Messenger est vraiment exceptionnel : ils répondent rapidement et trouvent toujours une solution à mes questions. Je recommande sans hésiter DSers à toute personne qui fait du dropshipping.

Dsers agent was very co-operative, she helped me solve my frustrating advanced formula issue, which was calculating my selling prices at losses because the formula did not add the shipping cost to the total cost, this was happening because the formula did not show the exact name of the shipping method. But I suggested to at least warn the user that the shipping cost is not being calculated and to have the option to include it before pushing the item to the store.

I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to dropshipping and how to get that set up. DSers messenger featured connected me with an agent who walked me through what to do to set up, mapped it for me, and how to connect accounts/applications. DSers messenger feature was patience and answered all my questions for several hours. Time well spent since it was clear as day when I got done.

Great company to do business with!! They are an amazing company and I am so glad I use them for my business. They were available for help in the afternoon on Memorial Day (Monday) when everyone is out at bbq's. They helped me through something that was confusing and hard to figure out. Great app for managing AliExpress orders with Shopify. DSers makes the fulfillment process much easier and faster, especially for dropshipping orders. The support team has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. Highly recommended.
