DSers‑AliExpress Dropshipping

I'm new to selling online and had my first orders last month. I thought all I had to do was hit dsers fulfillment and that's all. Three weeks later I discovered that the orders hadn't been placed because I had to place them for the buyers. A million thanks to Dsers customer service for their patience and knowledge on how to help me through this learning stage. You guys saved my butt!!

I have been using DSers as the core order-fulfilment solution for my Shopify store, and overall my experience has been very positive.

I had an issue with an old deleted Shopify store still showing in my DSers account and blocking product imports. The DSers support team quickly understood the problem and resolved it efficiently.

I needed help remapping a new supplier to my existing store and product, Chloe was very patient and helpful walking me thru the steps and helping me understand the difference between "remapping and replacing". today i got an order on Dsers but due to the limitation of the Shipping option by the Main supplier i was unable to fulfilled that order till i ask for help in customer care and today Ms. Luna she assigned to me and supported me well by explaining the whole process and also, i had some doubts for which she help me to clarify it and made smooth order execution i believe with DSers i will have more opportunity to grow my store in the MENA region.
