I was having so many issues trying to connect to DSERS my emails and pswds were all messed up because I changed my emails and urls on google. Even Ali express was not working for me however after reaching out to DSERS help and connecting with Sandy, she patiently help me trouble shoot and walked me through each step sometimes having to repeat those steps over until we got progress. I was able to reconnect my shopify store to Dsers and Ali Express and she even took care of another issue I had from previous stores connected to DSERS. She was absolutely great!

I recently had an issue that seemed daunting, but thanks to Zico, I found a solution quickly and efficiently from the moment I reached out. Zico was incredibly attentive and genuinely invested in resolving my problems. I am technologically challenged, and he was very patient with me. Zico took the time to understand my concerns and patiently walked me through each step of the process, which I will now go back and write down. His knowledge and expertise were evident, making what could have been a frustrating experience much more manageable, what I appreciated most from Zico's friendly demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile. Zoe helped me fix a problem between Shopify > AliExpress > DS'ers and the actual reseller/store. It was a mighty issue that needed a simple solution imo. However it just turned into a headache talking to all these channels that had to to their part. Eventually Zoe helped me through this entire process which pinpointed exactly where and why my order was being stuck. It saved my day and really helped me understand the process of how things work. It was a learning day and want to thank Zoe for helping me in this process while taking her time to make me understand with printscreens and extra information just to help me out. It made me feel like an actual customer myself.. hehe. Thx again Zoe!

I was having some problems today processing 2 orders from my shopify dropshipping store (Product out of stock from supplier) and Blanca was very helpful in providing clear guidance on how to resolve the issue by selecting a different supplier for the product and updating the order.

Well, there is nothing to complain about DSER. It's really an amazing app for sellers whose are dropshipping actually.
And one of my most favorite of DSER is their support. Highly supported, responsive and professional.
