Working with Ralla to make sure my orders were fulfilled correctly was absolutely wonderful! I'm glad I did bc they needed to be fulfilled correctly in order for the customer to receive their order and Ralla was an amazing help and even helped me find a supplier for a product that was out of stock. They have 24/7 customer service available on instant messenger, so I always get help in a minute or two of needing it. Very surprising how good the customer service, especially considering how most other companies are very difficult to get in contact with, they give very little info and are generally unhelpful.
