I was having a technical issue with custom tracking. Marry was very helpful and found a solution right away. Her expertise regarding the special formatting/ addition of characters to a URL was very useful. The app is great, fulfillment is so easy with DSers. Importing products in Shopify and keeping them up-to-date is a breeze, which makes running the store a pleasant experience. Most importantly their support is amazing, I got my issue resolved in a matter of few hours.

There are some features that could make the process easier to use, but overall has made the process (for a beginner) pretty smooth with some time and effort put into it of course. Their customer service reps have always been a huge help to me as well and reply fast and seem to be more knowledgable than typical service reps on other websites.

I just finished chatting with Chris, who was able to resolve the issue I had for me super quickly. He was explaining every step to me in real time, providing detailed indications with images, a video of the process and eventually he fixed it for me.
