DSers‑AliExpress Dropshipping

I spoke to someone at DSers by the name of Alicia, and she was amazing, every question that I asked her she had the answer to she told me what to do, and she showed me how to do it she's amazing there should be more like her Bravo

While DSers is a powerhouse, it has some reasons to be concerned about privacy. Twice now it asks me to relink my AliExpress account, it takes you to a screen that doesn’t look like AliExpress login screen, and both times I login and google says “Your password has been found on a data breach. Change it now!” So I changed it. I contacted them and said they got hacked but they said I did not. Then out of nowhere my Google Chrome browser disables their chrome extension for privacy concerns because it asks to read and edit all your browser data, which gives them total control over your browser and access to all your passwords. I’ve never had a breach with customer data, just with my passwords. I don’t know what is shady going on, but if there was something better out there that wasn’t so invasive, I’d switch but I’ve got over 200 products connected to it.

This app and their customer service is the absolute best on Shopify. Best experience thus far. I will be dropping all other supplier apps and going solely with Dsers due to their willing and ease of getting assistance when needed .. . 2 thumbs wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy up! Great Job Sally, you are a gem.

A really nice support team which gave me the exact answer which I needed. I had the chance to chat with Sherry and we managed to figure out my case in minutes. The app also provide a good solution for any dropshipping business.

I am new to all these apps that go along with E-commerce and dropshipping, as I'm still learning. I needed help logging into my account and reached out to DSers on FB Messenger. Sherry replied with a solution within 3 minutes! Excellent service! I highly recommend! If I didn't have someone like Sherry to help me it would make this harder for me to keep going.

I would definitely recommend this app, because everything you need is provided and if there is an issue, customer support is always there to answer any question and concern about your store and product imported. It is worth it.

I am extremely surprised about the customer support. I was expecting an email and days later a cut and paste response. Not the case at all!! I chatted with Isak through messenger and he was able to guide me through the next step. The customer service to answer questions is there.
