I can't give an honest review yet because I just started the app today. I will get back to this review in a month or two, But what I can say is that it is true that the customer service is good. Jessica was available within minutes of contacting. She was very helpful and answered a handful of questions I had about shipping and tracking. So let's see how this goes. So far so good.

This app is really helpful syncing the orders straight to the supplier, I tried out the advanced plan to test out affiliate marketing, I'm still not too sure about that. However, Nephele has been very helpful with everything else!

UPDATE: After a bit I got another reply offering more detailed information, this HELPED fix the issue. I would have given it 5 stars except for the previous mentioned issue.
PAST: So far my opinion has gone from good to somewhat skeptical, all products are missing gtin or mpn so I am unable to publish with Google. I contacted DSer's who told me to contact the suppliers directly (thought they were the same as AliExpress), no further help offered. Sadly, I am beginning to think about switching to another option.

Despite being a member using the free version of Dsers I was grateful to find that the support are extremely helpful when it comes to any issues you may have ,
When I Contacted support I was quickly connected to Ralla who was happy to guide me through all of the questions and issues that I had and even Provided visual examples for things that were not easy to understand which was greatly appreciated especially for me as a visual learner Excellent support staff from my experience and Ralla deserves 5 stars .
The only change I would make to give Dsers 5 stars would be a change to the imports pages user interface
Currently the imports page only displays pricing in USD this adds extra steps for Store admins that do not sell to the usa
Simple fix would be forcing the imports page to use the currency selected in the associated AliExpress account

super pratique pour gérer les commandes . cette app est vraiment complète et fait très bien le lien entre vous et Aliexpress . Bon après il faut un peu trifouiller ce n'est pas toujours très clair surtout quand vous venez de débuter, le seul point négatif est que tout est en anglais je trouve ça dommage
Emma was very quick to reply to me and help me solve my problem. I'm still learning how to use DSers and I wish there was a video tutorial to walk me through the entire process.
