I was having problems with an order to Temu failing and I opened a chat with Vivian at Dsers. Her service was prompt and very friendly and she took me step by step through the process of ordering manually. This was fantastic as it was my first ever order and I was quite confused. I had my first sale today and was having a few issues with DSers connecting to Ali Express
Chloe from DSers was quick to respond and made me realise with good question prompting that it was a 101 error where I was in my personal Ali Express account
