DSERS est vraiment une très bonne application pour la gestion des commandes, je recommande à 100%. Ce qui est encore plus génial, c'est que le service client est au top, la conseillère Lily m'a répondu en littéralement 1 minute après avoir envoyer un message, elle a été attentive, réactive et efficace, elle a régler mon soucis très rapidement alors que je n'y parvenais pas seule. Whoever Holly is from support, she deserves a raise. Very quick to respond and helped me immediately. It was a short interaction, but that was due to holly being extremely quick to resolve the issue. Would recommend using this app, very user friendly and very helpful staff. I hardly ever leave reviews but I am genuinely impressed with their support, and Holly for addressing my issue right away.
