I'm brand new to using this service, and made my first order today. I was having difficulty working out how to pay for the product my customer bought and spoke at length with Marshall who helped me to figure out what was going wrong, and how to fix it.
The service was fantastic and I feel a lot more confident about moving forward with my business and sales. Thanks again Marshall! You were fantastic to work with!

I'm currently using a free plan. It was recommended to me by a dropshipping educator, and I could easily understand why it's a great choice. I needed some customer support because of the Chinese New Year, and Ralla has been helpful and answered all my questions. As my store grows, I will upgrade my plan.
