Nephele was very helpful. I was really frustrated yesterday trying to fulfill an order with another person and I had to leave it but today Nephele did a good job helping me with the same order. it was easy to communicate with him and he was very nice. Thank you again for your help.
The app is great, easy to use and has many features. Support is on top level. Emma helped me solve my issues right away. However there is a bit of confusion when it comes to entering new variants from the same supplier that you already imported the product. You have to manually create variants on shopify and then map them on dser. This creates confusion on sku's and inventory tracking.

We've been using DSers since Oberlo was sunsetted and not only were they super helpful during the transition, we now fulfill orders at lightning speed compared to when we were using Oberlo. Nice alternative at Oberlo. They still working on but I use it every day and I like this application. The support is reactive. Even if sometime you have to wait for a while, the follow up the customer and always find a way to help

I prefer this software over Oberlo, its easy to use the app is explained with easy to read tutorials. The layout is also simple to grasp if you run into issues the tech staff within the support can be lifesavers and are there to help you sort things out. Life gets just that bit easier with DSERS
