I screwed up badly mixing up accounts and orders and couldn't get the site to work correctly, got onto the help chat and spoke with "Marshall" who knew what the issue was and sorted the whole thing out easily, great service Marshall, and a great app once my mistakes were sorted out.

Whenever I encounter difficulties with DSers, I turn to the live chat for assistance. Without fail, I consistently obtain helpful responses and effective solutions to address my queries or issues. Never once have I encountered a situation that remained unresolved. Today, I faced challenges with making orders, which proved troublesome on my end. they provided assistance to the best of their ability. Selena is fantastic, very knowledgeable about the the Dsers app and its ecosystem. She helps me to figure out how to make / set the location of my store to Dsers app in order to fulfill orders without any worries.
We resolved my problem and verified it within the back end of my store.
