I had a problem logging into DSers, it turned out that my Aliexpress account was blocked.
I was very upset and did not know what to do, Holly from DSers support was very responsive, listened patiently, tried to clearly explain to me what needs to be done, that there is nothing to worry about, everything is fixable. First online store and was very overwhelmed setting up and especially getting my first order sorted for my very first customer.

Suite à un problème pour des commandes clients, j'ai contacté le support et été mis en relation avec une personne du support au nom de "Bruna", cette personne a été d'une grande aide et d'une gentillesse, merci a "Bruna" pour l'aide apporté et le service car celui-ci est très rapide et efficace le problème, a été résolu !

I'm enjoying this app, it has many of the products I am looking for. Also the support is awesome. Lily was a great help in sorting out an order whereby the Supplier had changed shipping details.
