shipping rate not syncing and i tried everything DSers says its shopify problem and shopify cant see any problem

Poor Wendy, I bombarded her with question after question, many times the same question worded differently because I couldn't wrap my head around what I was seeing. But Wendy remained professional and showed great patience with me. She answered all of my questions and now I can move on to my next steps. Nothing but props for Wendy. She's a keeper DSers!
