Super responsive agents on site, they help you with all your questions. Special shout out to Olivia, very kind and patient with me and my questions. 99% of their suppliers include VAT for EU markets and UK, sales tax on NA markets...etc. It saves you the hassle as a dropshipper. I was really impressed by the customer service. I had a question regarding the fulfilment process, Blanca was great at solving my issue on the live chat and was very quick to answer.
