I had issues with certain areas of the products and the price of the products for one of my orders and Rin was amazing and managed to sort out all the issues, going out of the way as to search for alternative products with a better price. Once everything was sorted I could order the products for my customer. Great job, five stars :)

THE CUSTUMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I've talked to Alicia an she was 100% trying to find out how to solve my problem with pricinf rule (that was my fault fyi hahah).
She was almost one hour checking everything for me trying to help me!
I definitely recommend this app! Specially for the custumer service, that you cant find in other fullfilment methods (belive me, ive tried at least 6 different of this).
