She answered my multitude of questions thoroughly, with screenshots, arrows, and clear directions that helped my navigate the system and sole many problems with the products in my store. Lord have mercy I was feeling defeated this evening but luckily I was connected with someone who was patient, knowledgeable and sincere. I was able to figure out what was happening with my store and i'm extremely grateful for the level of customer that i received. I had contacted someone else earlier and they could not help me at all but this person figured it out and i just wish them nothing but goodness.
