I had an issue with fulfilling an order on DSers and reached out to their support team for assistance. They responded quickly, asking for my DSers account email and Shopify store URL to investigate the problem.
The support team efficiently identified that the supplier for my order was not found on AliExpress. However, they assured me that they would find a new supplier and presented me with two options to choose from.
I requested to map the new supplier to my existing list, and they promptly completed the process. With their clear guidance, I successfully placed the order with the new supplier without any hassle.

I had a problem witj one order and I did not know how to fix, I realised that there is a messenger chat which I pressed just to try and suddenly I had the sweetest and more efficient support I have ever had, her name is LUCY. She nicely asked me few questions to understand my problem and took me step by step by illustrating it with screenshots and red lines where I should go. She checked by herself on the system as well very quickly and all of this with a positive attitude!! I wish all apps had such a great support!!
