Zoe was great at quickly retrieving my store and DSers account and seeing what the problem was. She addressed my specific concern and assured me that I performed the correct steps to push the request for DSers fulfillment of my order. She also let me what not to do in the future to ensure that my request for fulfillment are not denied. Zoe provided me with links to ensure I can meet my customers orders in a timely manner. I enjoyed communicating with her. She made the process seamless by directly addressing my issue and offering to address any other issues that I may have to ensure the successful processing of future orders by DSers. Her knowledge about "what not to do " was valuable for me. Zoe addressed my questions about mapping products and assured me that future orders for fulfillment should process more seamlessly between Shopify and DSers if I follow the prompts in DSers. Her knowledge about the Shopify and DSers platforms makes her a valuable asset to the DSers team. I hope to work with Zoe again.
