I am a beginner and I would highly recommend this app. This was an extremely complex process and their customer service helped walk me through every step of the way with simple and easy to follow steps even after i significantly messed up they were able to help me fix. would give 6 stars if I could and I'm not known for positive reviews.

Jenny, helped me so much getting my Ali account reconnected to Dser. I am very appreciative of the screenshots making it easy to see the steps I needed to take. The response was much quicker than expected, actually within minutes of the request for support. I am very grateful that I was able to get my customer orders processed and paid for in a timely manner, both for my customers sake, and making me appear as a good business owner.
