I was having an issue with re-mapping a product for my store. I had worked with this supplier previously with no issues, but I was stumped with this. Amazing experience! Stepped me through until my problem was resolved! Nothing seemed like too much trouble! Only suggestion would be for the helper to remote to my computer so I didn't have to keep taking screen shots each step of the way.
