I recently just downloaded this app. It was very confusing at first so i had to send them a message. I was expecting it to be an email message but no, it directed me to Facebooks messenger and i got replied within 3 minutes. Stephanie, an employee of DSers helped me out and literally did everything for me without me having to touch it. So good customer service!

After switching from Oberlo, I struggled with some features and decided to reach out to the Support Team. I didn't expect them to answer so quickly, but Mia not only responded right away, she addressed all questions and even showed on screenshots where to click and what settings to change. All in all, all issues I have been dealing with were resolved in 5 min. Customer Service is top-notch, very polite, and friendly!
