I used this app to get help to update some of my Shopify products that didn't make it in the migration from Oberlo to DSers. I clicked on the chat icon and Helen was at the helm guiding me step by step to solve this problem. She even sent me pictures of the steps to solve. I also needed help finding tracking Number (Duh), and Helen was so patient with me. Please assign Helen to always help me.
