I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Rfimp. He helped me quickly resolve an issue when importing products from AliExpress to DSers, where the products showed an abnormal status, even though they were fine on the AliExpress platform. Additionally, when mapping products, I received notifications that the product was abnormal, even though the products were good.

I had a bit of a problem this morning with the DSERS/Aliexpress app on Shopify. When I opened it, the screen looked different than usual, and I couldn't get past the Sign-in and Authorize Permissions page it kept refreshing every time I tried to enter my email and password. The options were greyed out, and I was stuck!

Was having issues with my order, I had paid but the Shopify store was saying order unfulfilled, I contacted DSers and was fortunate to hook up with Sandy who within a few minutes looked into it and confirmed that my order had been paid and was waiting shipment.
