Honestly, Dsers always seemed a bit overwhelming however I contacted support and was connected with Maria. SHe was fantastic she answered all of my questions, as I needed to connect my Tiktok Shop US and import products correctly (tiktok is very picky) she helped me through each step and was very patient and informative. She is the reason I decided to stick with Dsers instead of any other app and I tried many other prior to this.

Great customer service from Rita. The problem itself is not fully solved yet, but we now know where to look next to get is solved. Rita guided me professionally and friendly through the process.
