It was late at night, and I needed to fulfill an order from my TikTok Shop. I felt hopeless trying to research how to do this. Sandy from the DSers team answered my chat. She was amazing! She was very patient, sending several screenshots and detailed instructions. She provided valuable information about TikTok Shop that no one else shared with me. I am truly grateful !

I had an issue integrating my store with Alibaba and spoke to Zico on Messenger.

They were so prompt and quick and although the problem hasn't been resolved, they'll be releasing an update with the solution/patch and they'll follow up to help me get it resolved.

Fantastic customer service and help. I'd highly recommend and am looking forward to working more closely with DSers.

I received an order but DSers indicated the supplier had zero stock. I went looking for another supplier, found one, and mapped it in. I had forgotten how to replace the default supplier with the new supplier. I started a DSers chat and lucked out when Gloria came online. I am not a computer expert, so Gloria took the time to carefully explain step by step how to accomplish the change. She was great! Task completed!
