Recently ran into a bug on aliexpress and it would not let me sign into to my account or get access to DSers, so I couldn't add products to my store. I was very confused and mad when this happened. But thankfully when I email Dsers support team, a nice lady by the name of Irene patiently and kindly helped me solve my problem and got me back on my feet.
